No. The victim is not VB, nor is the jailed handler. Apparently the client indulged in more than her rotten tooth BJ and overdosed. Appears they dragged him outside and dumped him in the yard or something and apparently destroyed some evidence and hid other. This was in Coventry Township in Summit County. But since you mention VB, doesn't look like he has such a great batting average.
