I didn't even bother to image search but I would guess they're all over.

I saw the ad before it was taken down. The woman pictured was very attractive, totally nude in various poses and no tats that I can recall. English wasn't the first language of the author of the ad. I agree with DMan that this ad was TGTBT. I think it was most likely another scam ad that made it through STG's screening process.

Not to be a jerk, but I did a search of the Brevard forum for Lacey and got 119 hits, seems like a decent place to start. While it's by no means a scientific survey of each review ever submitted, it's my recollection that she's got a lot of both positive reviews and negative reviews.
