Just to break down his post for you: I believe he's referring to the girl as "Walgreens" because he said he hooked up with her and her place was behind Walgreens. The insult was that he was saying that she was saying that only 4 people had come to visit her because of your referrals, and that clearly indicated that you weren't an effective pimp because you weren't sufficiently socially connected, so you weren't going to be earning your pink caddy pimp car anytime soon.
