Contacted her a few times about outcall, usually responded hours later or the next day, the third time she told me she doesn't offer outcall, she seemed unaware that it was listed. Finally set up a date at her incall at a low end motel on the west side of 28th street. Never give all the money up front. Start with showing them the money and put it back in your pocket. If she wants to negotiate, offer half up front and the rest after services are done.
