I'd you watch the trend over just the last 8 months you will see the prices going up and up. I don't really care about the house fee but the expected tips have gotten insane and we as a group are mostly responsible for this crazy price increase. Wait! What? This place is just a few doors north of Golden Gate and providing what sounds like similar service levels?
