Indies screens just as much as agencies do. You could probably do referrals but that just means that you would have at the bare minimum, have given away your info to at least 2 providers. The alternative is ra2 k which I find even more extensive in what they ask for. Not unless you're willing to meet a provider who doesn't screen. I am not in the field of law. Can someone please tell me what the charge is for joining an agency? And assuming there is a crime, how are they going to prove that it was actually you who submitted the screening information and not your roommate who was playing a joke on you?

If there is no crime for joining an agency, then what is the crime for visiting a MCE girl to do a photo shoot? That is the service MCE advertises and that is the story I am sticking by. I don't know who's actually worried about getting caught. I'm not. But to answer your question. If the wrong people in the government really wanted to get you into legal trouble. Well then they are going to get you into legal trouble. It's not hard to charge someone with some criminal thing or another and then to convict them or force them to plea bargain. Well its pretty difficult to become a member anyway so screw it (and not in the good way), to be a member you need 2 references from providers that are on their list, but to see the list you have to be a member, so the only way to get in is to just stick your wick around until you find 2 "companions".

Plus with independents you get long wait times for responses and then more often than not they're flakes, honestly, agencies are easier to deal with.

I've seen agencies before, and don't mind them at all. And it's not even that I care that much about getting screened. I mean they need to do it for very good reasons after all, but it's more that I've spent so much time, effort, and money to make sure that my P411 is pretty good over the years. Then more than one agency just straight up rejects them completely. Just felt like I completely wasted my time. And yes their screening is pretty intense. At the time when I first did it it was something that was 'known' as "do it once and then never worry about it again" kinda thing. Guess not apparently.
