Dude, all you need to said is "I did not receive the services I paid for" is 100% online charge back or refund, when bank said zero liable mean zero, beside they get about $50 extra from the merchant (SA), so do you think bank really care about the merchant? My guess they care about the $50 per transaction extra $ for them much more
