Suzie is no longer with DI. See sister site for contact. Yes, DI rates are inclusive of FS. As far as I have ever encountered all are FS, but not all classify as GFE in my book. Suzie was the best GFE that was there and petite. Only current DI ladies that I have seen are Erica and Summer. Summer is petite, probably in her 30's and can be GFE, but can also be mechanical at times, YMMV.

Never been through DI. I believe the prices are inclusive though. No idea about the rest though.

No personal knowledge but I have read similar reports in another city, Tampa I think.
