No personal knowledge but I have read similar reports in another city, Tampa I think. Anyway, the forum responses have said that when that happens it means your account has been banned for some reason. The solution offered is for you to set up a new account using a different browser. Hope this helps.

Do yourself a favor and see Suzie Q if she's available. She's the greatest experience you'll have in the hobby around these parts and, from what I can tell, there's not really anyone close.
