Have deciphered the VaC and checked the website. However has not been able to understand the codes LVGF / GFLV. Can anyone explain.

I've been to Lily A around 1 in the morning. It's generally pretty slow and only one or two women tend to be available around that time. I try to call beforehand to see who may be in. I've seen Selena, Naomi, and another who I forgot to get the name for. The service isn't lackluster but I'd suggest not going too late just to make sure.
