I'll go even further and say that money doesn't even matter with that Booker LOL M doesn't accept any references, even from the palace or whoever it is that's the reference LOL I know because I've tried and I've been told by several members here, if they get a miracle reply from M and are asked for references, it won't work, since M becomes radio silence to texts after mongers provide any references.
