1. I picked up a so-so looking WSW Friday night on Trop, near the Ocean's 11 bar (I was getting desperate). Well, she scared the crap out of me so bad, that I pushed her right out of my car. She got in and immediately unzipped her fly and said "grab my 'kitty'." I know she was probably just trying to make sure I wasn't a copper, but the way she did it was just downright freaky, especially since we were in such a lighted and busy area. I've probably only picked up 20 SWs before, but from that limited sample, this was a new one for me. Was I over-reacting by ditching this chick?

2. Trop was verrrrrry dead from 10pm to 2am, which should have been prime hours, no? In fact, Harmon, Paradise, Flamingo, and Swenson were all completely barren during all my passes during those 4 hours. Where was all the action Friday night?

3. What's the best place to find higher end HSWs? I'd be ever willing to drop one bill for a clean, 20yo, tight-bodied HSW, but in five years I've never found such an opportunity.

5. I did a little more research on the asset forfeiture provisions in Nevada. I may have spoken too soon in my last post. Nevada has on occasion become over-zealous in application of some state forfeiture laws, especially in the context of illicit drug producers (e.g. taking ownership of a nice suburban house used as a meth lab). So, perhaps legally speaking they good get Boffo the Fireman's F-150. But, practically speaking, the asset forfeiture laws are not leveraged in such instances.

You're probably right about that, of course, since so far as I know (someone correct me if I'm out of date on this) Clark County NV doesn't use a local misdemeanor civil forfeiture ordinance for prostitution and DUI as invented in the hippie granola kingdom of Portland, Oregon about ten years ago and used thousands of times there since. These noixous weeds have now spread to become wildly popular in other garden spots with similar attitudes towards both private property and the penis such as around the Los Angeles metro area. But, his rig was no doubt towed from the street by one of the juiced up wise-guy companies with a county contract, and when they're done with him (hook-up fee, inflated mileage charges, after hours emergency dispatch surcharge, storage fees by the hour, impound document release processing fee, respondent's name terminating with vowel x2 fee, county Commissioner's 23y/o baby needs a new pair of shoes when approving contracts fee...) he'll be stuck coughing up enough cold cash on the counter to feel like he has to buy his truck all over again, or else giving up and letting the fees mount till they auction it for the accumulated charges. I wonder if Fernando got the towing package option on his F-150?

I really don't get the officer's application of the legally contentious "loitering for the purpose of" charge to this set of facts. It doesn't fit. The moron must have helped himself into a deeper hole by flapping his lips at the scene. A public lewdness type of charge would have been a cleaner shot on goal, absent a bunch of stupid admissions to the arresting officer.

I should maybe try to be sympathetic towards the unfortunate guy, but I just can't. I mean, in between beating on his wife, he was busted multiple times before for soliciting a policewoman in one, excuse me make that TWO, of those lame ridiculous stings that are so obvious and easily avoided by anyone capable of using the slightest amount of discretion, and this time (his third) he apparently had his Fruit-O-The-Looms around his ankles within yards of where he picked up his little snack cracker on Trop for chrissakes. I think there's a kind of Darwinian principle at work here, and given his complete lack of caution and sense Metro may actually have prevented the poor hapless dude from eventually ending up as yet another mystery stiff in a Vegas dumpster. I suspect all those priors making the computer light up and go bling-bling like a slot machine with four lemons when they ran his name through the system probably played a role in deciding to pursue a hard line with him.

Thursday morning I was surprised to see the number of BSW that I did on Flamingo. Either side of the Koval was full. This was at 4:30 in the morning...

Then you might find it interesting to make a complete sightseeing loop including Harmon and Paradise Rd also. It's just an opinion, but mine is that this isn't so much related to the new pimped out Trop-crop thing going on, but more like the normal seasonal onset of the annual puss-n-boots monsoon in the Mohave. Every year, just when you think the sun will never rise again, it does. Las Vegas police do use the criminal loitering for the purpose of soliciting to bust guys sometimes. I have seen on TV where the vice cops will use this to bust a guy who has stopped but not solicited a decoy. Now I am not certain how actively the cops use this to bust people. My impression is that the cops use this when they stop someone with a sw.

I am not certain if simply stopping for a sw and simply offering them a ride constitutes a violation under this law. In most cases this law is used to bust the sw's.

Among the circumstances which may be considered in determining whether such purpose is manifested are that such person repeatedly beckons to, stops, attempts to stop or engages persons passing by in conversation, or repeatedly stops or attempts to stop motor vehicle operators by hailing, waving of arms or any other bodily gesture. No arrest shall be made for a violation of this section unless the arresting officer first affords such person an opportunity to explain such conduct, and no one shall be convicted of violating this section if it appears at trial that the explanation given was true and disclosed a lawful purpose. Wonderful. So most of them are ignoring the foot soldier mongers too. Well it's a fun scene to watch but very strange. There's got to be a better way/place to do this in LV. As for Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey starting up at the Orleans, I'd say the circus got to town a little early this year. Would it be out of line for me to request the Orleans add a "Pound the Hottie Ride?"

I'm done with Trop. I've had three good pick-ups there amongst about 12 attempts. The girls there (not always) are generally looking to score at least $100, and if you're a foot traveler, which I usually am, most won't give you a second glance. On top of the expected LE activity that's going down there, a careful foot soldier like myself knows when to quit.

It's still there, but it just isn't worth it. If I'm going to go there, then I might as well check out the casinos, which I mostly avoid anyway, and get good quality for almost the same price.

Scored with an 'Amber' from New Jersey a few days ago. She was walking between the Neopolis building and the Golden Spike. Looked a little disheveled and was almost walking too fast in her loose orange tank top and brown corduroys. She had that look-20-directions-in-a-second fast-paced stride of a tweaker. she wasn't though, as she was just in a hurry to cover distances, or something. She let me scope out her place before we went in to her motel room. Negotiated 30 for CIM (she had the balls to try for 100, and changed her tune quickly as I laughed and headed out the door). I normally don't even pay that much in that area, but she was cute and brunette with cute, perky (hell almost non-existent) tits; but most important of all, she swallowed. Only in town for two weeks, so perhaps she's learning where and when to ask for something like a Benjamin.

Oh that's just great. For the next five days and nights the Orleans Arena is booked with the Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus, with tickets going for up to $75 a pop. The well heeled moms are just gonna love explaining to their flock of little juniors and juniorettes what that lady is doing on the corner, and management will get an earful of it, and so will Metro. We need to sponsor some scholarships to send these working girls' managers back to remedial pimp school.

I was thinking of a dismounted approach too, but I just don't recognize what rulebook these ladies are playing by. It's not how the game is usually played, at least not locally. The only time I've seen this kind of peculiar street worker behavior was occasionally down on Long Beach Blvd in the southeast part of metro Los Angeles. Wonder if there could be a connection.

Sewer work has made the loop even worse, which is driving alot more of the girls to in front of the Orleans rather than further east....I don't like that area very well because the only good place to pick up is in the Orleans parking lot... I think mongering on foot definitely seems like a viable, advisable approach to use in that area. I've found it difficult to even get the attention of the hottest Trop girls. I am never going to pull up next to a SW while driving on Trop (or anywhere) and just pick her up like that. But being subtle doesn't seem to be working well either. The hottest girls just keep walking, usually talking or acting like they're talking on their cellphones. They hardly glance over. Not sure if they're just being cautious, selective, or what. As Wastrel recently noted, it all just doesn't seem to add up real well. Hard to see how the operators are able to maximize their profits given the Trop logistics.

Also I've seen some late night activity on Main Street/LV Blvd near Jerry's Nugget. The chickens there look like burnt out meth/crack heads.

That's because there is a large publicly funded 'homeless' (don't get me started) shelter & service center on Owens just west of Main within walking distance, and some of the residents of the free flophouse like to go over to Main and North Las Vegas Blvd in the vicinity of Jerry's to get some cash. Sometimes you'll also see some of the same street girls on Owens from about the 15 Fwy down to Main or so. The shelter & social work palace is that big new building on the south side of Owens that is much more expensively built than any of the private structures in the surrounding neighborhood.

Twenty is standard; careful where you park. If you run into the half-Filipina half-black young lady (name eludes me) with a six inch scar on the side of her face from a street fight (she won) say hello and tip her for me. She's a nice gal, relatively speaking, who stands out on the street because she seems to have inherited the Filipina trait of always finding some way to keep herself perfectly clean in the middle of squalid surroundings.

Found a WSW about 7:30am Sunday a few blocks off LV Blvd near the Strat. In her 30's, dressed in a belly shirt ("Rebel Without a Cause"). Maybe 5'7", 125 pounds. Shoulder length blonde hair (later told me she's a brunette and changes her hair color often). Pretty face, classic-type features. Slender, B tits. Husky voice with strong southern (Memphis) accent.

I quickly learned that this is not your average SW. Completely one-of-kind, bigger-than-life personality. Loud, boastful, opinionated, fun, sexy, smart (in a streetwise way). I'm an experienced monger who looks to take control and set the agenda but this girl just took over and made me like it. She may not be for every monger's taste but wow what a colorful change of pace from the average pickup.

Took her back to my room which wasn't the original plan. She unveiled an excellent, well-preserved tanned body. Very clean, with no marks that I could see. She's got a parttime job that involves physical labor that keeps her in great shape. Sex was outstanding. She's enthusiastic, has lots of good ideas, mixes in scorching dirty talk, and puts everything on the menu. Best blend of GFE and PSE I've had in some time. She never set a dollar amount before we started except to say she's not looking to gouge anyone - wants guys to come back for more. On account of location and skin shade, this is a different Lisa than Mike picked up. However, she also had killer legs and was flexible.

Skinny little thing, but healthy. She asked for $+.5 - I said $ - deal. CBJ then mish. I only lasted about 15 mins... but it was a great 15.

I asked her about the proliferation of LE on Trop as of late. She acted unconcerned. Said she was going back to PHX for a few days then she would be back on Trop. She works from around 10pm until 2 or 3.
