A couple responses. First, please don't mischaracterize what happened. The booker agreed to 400 (including PSE), respected the agreement for 1 visit, then reneged. The claim was "it is confusing for the girls. " In my experience, South Korean women are quite smart.

Second, the mentality that one should not negotiate with k-girl agencies because it's not "the right context" is part of the reason we've experienced such BBFS price inflation: 300+100, 400+100,500+100. I recall when k-girl BBFS was 300, period. This market needs some correction. Let us have some balls, shall we?

That's my experience with them as well. Don't bother negotiating. None of the K-girl agencies will negotiate. In NY they're known as snow queens (vs Russian Ice Queens) where it's quite robotic. This agency so far has girls who are very accommodating and actually service oriented like in Korea. I'll have to try out their sister locations in the Bay Area next time too.
