If you test positive for something they'll ask you if you want them to notify anyone and they'll notify those people anonymously for you.

So I've had a wildly different experience than you guys with her, I started seeing her after some recent reports and she's one of the nicest providers I've ever met, I get msog hours for 200, occasional qv for 100. Apparently she's extremely YMMV but I've had a very positive experience.
