Nearly 100% sure the second link you posted is Taylor. I've seen her twice and most recently this past Friday the Grantmore in Newington. She had just dyed her hair that color. It's definitely worth checking out. The only thing that's total BS in that ad is the 110 lbs stat. She's a bit pudgy and probably closer to 140-150 but not a fatty.
