I don't know of any that have no "entry fee". It's called the house fee and that's what you pay for the massage. Most places it's $60, some used to do $40 for HH but the standard is $60. From there you negotiate with the girl for extras in their "tip". Most KAMPs $40-$60 will get you a HE with some level of mutual touch depending on the girl. $100-$120 will usually get you a CBJ and $160-$200 will get you CFS. YMMV, only take in the cash you are prepared to spend. Do your research and be prepared to walk out if you don't see the girl or get the service you want.

Had a fine experience at Quality Health spa. Older lady but still attractive. Fun TS followed by mediocre massage. Rushed HE after flip but she pulled her top down. $60/40, about 50 minutes.

Saw a cute little latin girl. The donation was heavy for what you get. What you get is the most rushed no massage experience ever with.

Attempted up selling. Much better options exist.
