Samtam I believe they suspend while investigating a complaint. If you get deleted the ban usually goes along with it.

Same happened to me, including the new account getting deleted. I created another new account using my smartphone and did not upload any face pics. So far, so good. I also have to pay with Visa Vanilla as I tried using my regular credit card once, and they banned my ass again, guessing because I was stupid enough to try using that. Visa Vanilla card, make up a fake name, and use a different address when entering the card.
