CAMP girls are more like farm girls and peasants out selling pussy for a few years; they remind me a bit of the Thai and Lao girls a while back who were saving up for a few cows. Since they're "just girls", a lot depends of whether they like you or not; they lack the professional detachment the K-girls are capable of. So it's usually less fun, but can be more fun.
