One way to easily tell a fake is to look at the image search results and the number of locations and phone numbers. This one had a lot of them when I screened the ad awhile ago. If you click on one of those sites that track the history of that picture's use, it will also provide hints.

However the days of having to see lots of fakes could be coming to an end if STG has figured out a way to block / filter them. Today the ad volume is way down and I don't see fakes in the gallery with a casual browse. The local ripoff / scammer artists are still posting but the actual fake posts like 'Sammie' seem to be gone from the newest postings. Maybe they just did a massive cleanup but I'm hoping they found a way to block the fakes that will last.

I set up an appointment with this lady and got to the location about fifteen minutes early. I saw two LE vehicles slowly cruising around the motel and my yellow warning lights went on.
