I don't know. You might find someone to do just the HJ for that amount but you'll still have to rent the room so that's most likely another 40 dollars too whether you get a massage or not. I don't know of any place that will just let you walk in and get a happy time for thirty bucks total. You may be right: you may be feeling some massage parlor burnout here. Good luck.
