You may want to reread the webpage that you linked. It actually states that a person infected with hiv can have a wound with no pus due to lack of immune response.

I have had several wounds that produced green pus, and I have recent paperwork to prove I don't have the condition you mentioned. There are literally billions of people on this planet who have wounds with pus and don't have this infection.

I have no idea what the status of this particular provider is, and I'd certainly be concerned coming into contact with a wound like this in our age of MRSA. I'm not sure we should be making unfounded accusations. As always it's a good idea to play this game safely.
