My suggestion is to go to a Wal Mart and purchase a Tracfone and a minutes card with cash. Try setting it up yourself. If need be, the cashiers in that department can help you with the set up. About the only question the cashier may need an answer on is the zip code where the phone will be utilized. This question would be so that an area code could be established with a new number. So be prepared for that question.
