Neck and back are killing me and I don't think therapeutic massages are covered under my insurance. Anyone have recommendations for a legit, no extras massage? I've seen some legit massage parlors recommended but I feel like there's such a stigma associated with a man going into an MP that I'd rather just try the independent route.
