Hello Gentlemen,

Specifically, I'm interested if anyone can confirm if either of these two provide services pertaining to the topic of this forum. I'm definitely not seeing the latter unless I get some positive intel (looks way too much like a rob to me), but I might TOFTT on the prior. Either way, I'll post anything I learn here.

You, sir, have been lucky so far. If you don't want your name in the paper you need to tighten up your game. As others have said, a subpoena for text records is something your uncle does every day. It's a routine form and all that is required is that there be probable cause to believe you've done whatever. The cops don't even have to do it, they have admin staff whose only job are routine paperwork like this.

A- use a burner you paid cash for. Buy the Sim card at a different location.

B- Keep the burner off when not is use and don't ever turn it on at home. Location data is stored by cell companies for a period of time as well.

C- Even with a burner, maintain plausible deniability by never discussing details (meaning anything transactional) in text.

D- I won't even take the burner with me to a meet. If she isn't there on time, so be it. No pussy is worth a record.

What some guys like FastBreak don't get is that phones are a way to track you 24/7 and record what you say for evidence in court and that is precisely how LEO uses them. You need to develop strategies that keep your activity from being provably tied to you otherwise it's not a matter of 'if' you get caught up in legal drama it's a matter of 'when.'

In legal terms it's probably safer to settle on the details (including price) via text before meeting in person.

You could not be more wrong. You're living in a fantasy if that's how you think this works. Eyewitnesses can be argued with, no one is going to argue with a text record. Case closed. Please stop repeating this nonsense to avoid some new person to the hobby reading this and going about it in all the wrong ways.

All carriers stores text messages for a period of time. IIRC it's close to a year. Text messages are sent in plain text and LEO can simply subpoena them from the carriers. Wish providers would use something like Telegram. And always use a burner phone.

There's no way for LEO to do that before you make initial text contact, and even after you do they don't have a name attached to the number; they only have a number.

This is typically what I do, and she usually has me casually leave the donation somewhere either before of after the act without mentioning what it's for. This protects both of us: As long we don't discuss any exchange of money for sex she wouldn't have anything legal on me and I wouldn't have anything legal on her if either of us were LEO.

It's much easier for LEO to bust you if you discuss payment details in person because obviously they have you right there.

As a heads up, looks like there is a familiar Asian agency in town: kangels.ch. They are strikingly similar to an agency I am well acquainted with in the Bay Area (same site layout, same ad text etc).
