I stopped by for a quick reconnaissance. Ths sin out front is new and very nice! It all goes a bit downhill after that. The "salon" itself is a converted single family home. You park in the lelt rear, but then have to walk halfway around the building to the entrance which is in the right front, where you are met by a sign which tells you to call ahead first.

While reading the sign, a face appeared at the door and studied me closely. The door opened and I was met by a middle aged lady of uncertain oriental heritage. That is why you call ahead, so the girl of your choice can be ordered up and delivered. As they are brand new, business is rather slow, so there is not much, if anything, to choose from as a walk-in.

Based strictly on gut feel, extras should be no problem, but I've been wrong before.

There is nothing I can think of that is walkable from the Ritz. You can uber or taxi down to Gold Spa on Piedmont. There are three or four places within walking distance of each other and a couple of strip clubs near there as well.
