First post here, so if I've messed something up please go easy.

Went to Follies and arrived shortly before they opened. When I got inside I sat against the wall on the right side. A dancer I later learned was Raven (she said she's 24, which seems about right) walked by in her street clothes. A crop top and slacks. I called her over to compliment her on how she was dressed and said I wished that was how dancers dressed when they weren't dancing, which she appreciated, and we agreed that she'd stop by once she was ready for "work. " She's slim with long, dark hair but it's cut short on one side, and has many Native American inspired tattoos.

When she came back we began with dances and conversation. She appreciated my asking if she liked to be touched before I put my hands on her, which she made clear by moving my hands to more "strategic" areas during the dances. I think the total was about 6 dances, but charged for only 4. (YMMV).

We chatted for a while between dances, until I decided to go for VIP. She initially quoted higher, but was okay with $$ (YMMV) plus the house $/2.

In VIP (and yes, the back VIP area is much improved since the conversion to several, smaller rooms) she took things slow, which I appreciated. Activities heated up to include fingering, which she clearly enjoyed, followed by a mustache ride (with a new one for me. She kept rubbing herself on my nose), then covered BJ, followed by her sitting in my lap for FS (during which a manager stuck his head in to ask which dancer was in the room. I'm sure he saw what was going on, but after she answered he left us alone).

Age has affected me, making covered less enjoyable than it once was, so we finished with a HJ.

I definitely wish I could put her in my packet and take her home!

The Forum software keeps changing some of my punctuation and capitalization when I preview the post. Is that normal?

Obviously everyone on this thread knows the ideal time to visit Follies. Anyone been to Cheetah before 7 pm? I'm usually in around 11 pm but I have some extra time tonight and might step in a little early. Thoughts?

Cheetah day shift is a lot of regulars.

It's definitely not extras heaven the way Follies is (if that's your question.)].

If you DO become a regular and get to know the girls, probably you can arrange take-out, but it will be a less straightforward process than at Follies (because Follies girls are straight up hoes.).

Personally, I prefer Cheetah night shift.

Mamak is quite good (I used to live in KL so I'm nostalgic about Malaysian cuisine); I prefer it to Penang.

Funny thing: I can never see "roti canai" on a menu without thinking "root canal". I've never even had a root canal! (knock on wood) Just one of those things.

The Roti Canai is awesome though. My kids love the Mango chicken and Singapore Mei Fun. I have to go to Mamak once a month then walk next door to Sweet hut for a boba tea and dessert LOL.

Nope it closed a while back, also very good food. Try Mamak, same general area and as good if not better food.

Is the "Phucket" restaurant on Buford Hwy still there? I use to go there for it's name. Plus it was next door to a great AMP.

Nope it closed a while back, also very good food. Try Mamak, same general area and as good if not better food.

Royal China moved out to Gwinnett place next door to Costco on Satelite.

On Buford Highway I love Mamak, Malaysian Street Food, in the shopping center across Buford highway from I Love Pho.

NAM PHUNG is on same side of road as Follies about a block closer to Atlanta at top of hill. Awesome Shrimp soup.

Follies is nuts on the weekends because only the Dekalb clubs (it's one) are open on Sundays (Dekalb being a Godless heathen liberal county, I guess? )

If I can't get to Follies before 2 pm on a weekday, I usually don't bother going. That's my window, pretty much 12 pm-2 pm, M-F. Ten hours out of a 168 hour week.

And you're right about Buford Highway; I love it. Funny, when I was younger I was all about the Buckhead scene, fancy restaurants, etc. Now, older and richer, Buford highway is more my speed: pho, Dim Sum at Royal China, tacos at El Pastor, etc. And Buford Highway Farmer's Market? Love that place.

If you strike out at Follies you can always hit the local cuisine later. Cake at Paris Baguette? Feeling better already .

Visited Follies Friday around midnight. Parked in the strip mall across the street $10 now as opposed to at the club $20. Don't know who is getting that money. There was a line as expected, so I waited along with the other shmucks. Two big guys with sidearms and bullet-proof vests patting folks down. After 20 minutes the line tripled in size but they had let only 2 people in. Few "high rollers" were let straight in regularly. I bailed and tried Tattletales for the first time. The club was about the same size, party atmosphere. There was significantly less latinas and AA's, and lots more caucasian dancers. Mostly 7's and above. Two were incredibly attractive with such nice bodies. One AA had the most perfect tits. All the ones I want dances with were very busy. Only got a dance with a thick curvy latina (maybe) in a blue tube dress at the seats on the lower level for $10 each. Upsell to VIP for lots of $$. The shot girls were attractive too. And it seemed they were allowed to dance and grind as well. One half Russian / latina tried really hard to get a dance from me but I wasn't interested. Sorry I can't remember any names.

Next day (Sat) decided to try Follies again at 3 pm in the afternoon. Wait, what, another line?! Got to be kidding me. Got in after 20 min wait. Didn't bring my ID. Go back out to the car parked at the strip mall again (afternoon no one pocketting you money) but hard to find parking since there was a Cirque du Soliel tent up. Dark and crowded. After a wait I got a seat at the bar. There wasn't as much of a merry-go-round with girls asking for tips or dances as I remember. But got dances from two women- both caucasian in a sea of latinas and AAs. Bunny was a thick blond showing her friend (first day) around. Bought them drinks and they were very appreciative. Bartender even refilled my coke (big whop). The new girl didn't know how to get the guy next to me to start tipping her. The other was Adrianna (aka Norway), nice perfect natural body. Both nude dances and let my hands roam everywhere. Nice conversations before and after. No pressure to go to VIP. Enjoyed my time there always.
BTW, this was the first time i stayed in the area to do my mongering and i really liked this part of Atlanta. The hotels are very reasonably priced and there is a ton of ethnically diverse food. I had Korean BBQ, Vietnamese, Mexican seafood, and a pound of spicy Crayfish. There we lots of other restaurants that had lines out the door like this dim sum joint.
