Didn't specify what kind of service you were looking for or what your budget is, however San Marcos is actually a very decent place if you're looking for a good rub and tug but I don't believe there's any full-service places there.

Most places in San Marcos are 60 and 40 but pretty good service.

Places to avoid in San Marcos: as always your mileage will vary.

Zendona on Nordahl (always legit in my experience, no HJ).

Z spa on Nordahl (The two spas are very close to each other but Z spa offers service but has always been a disappointment).

Yuki on Rancho Santa Fe Rd. (self service).

Just about everything else and San Marcos is pretty good.

Again as always your mileage may vary but these places I've always been very good for me. City of San Marcos seems to check that all the girls have massage licenses so if they're still there that means they've registered with the city and you tend to get pretty good service at least massage wise because the girls has a legitimate CMT license.

Massage Wen, usually has at least four or five girls and very accommodating (was $40 an hour last visit).

Jasmine garden or rainbow massage (the one next to the car wash).

There are others but if you go through these parlors looking for a good massage and a happy ending this should keep you busy for a while, for the third time as always your mileage will vary and I have not been there for a couple of months but I don't think things of change that much.

Go out and give them all a try and write a review.

Just wondering what's the best choice for appointment lengths. For an indie I usually choose an hour. I've not done too many AMPs in recent times but my limited recent experience suggests that 30 or 45 minutes might be the best shot. With indies I like to build a rapport whereas at AMPs my guess is that longer appointment may just mean longer lame massages before the real action. Plus I sense that the longer the appointment, the more opportunity for being short changed. Has anyone tried 2 hour appointments? How have they been for you?

I've done 30,45, and hours but I usually just stick with 30. Most of the girls I go see know why I'm visiting so we usually just skip straight to the actual reason I'm there. Longer appts can be fun if you're into table shower or if you know they'll actually give a good massage otherwise its pretty much what you said imo.

Do you happen to know if this is the legendary Ella we talked about 7-8 years ago that left to open her own place in RB? Plan on heading there when I get back from business meetings later this month. First, I had to laugh when I ccked the link and saw that she changed from one fake face pic to another of a semi-famous blogger. I'm not surprised that she ghosted you after calling her out. For me the bigger red flags are that she posts virtually every day and blocks reviews on Rubratings.

As far as fake pics go, I actually had very good luck with a girl several years ago who used fake pics and multiple names and phone numbers on BP. I contacted her based on one ad, but decided not to book an appointment, then contacted another ad. She actually admitted she was the same girl. I gave her points for honestly and booked. She became a weekly regular for me for several months until she moved away.

LOL. I called her out because she stated No Bait and Switch in her ad. I give her credit though for being honest about the fake picture.

I noticed the "new" fake face picture in her ad as well. LOL. She did removed the No Bait and Switch statement in her ad.

For a non Thai massage try Wendy or Chloe at Sakura Massage on Convoy.

My second non Thai massage choices are Ella or Helen at Angel Massage, Mira Mesa.

I read that another girl there was younger and cute. She came in while I was undressing and helped me with my clothes. She pressed against me and was super flirty. She was very pretty, maybe the best looking girl I've seen there besides the legendary Ella. Nice body too. She kept asking why I requested her and if she'd seen me before. I typically go to Old Town Thai or Luxury Thai but they close at 8 or 9, there is no hint of any extras, and sometimes I don't want a Thai rub when I want a rub. But at most of the AMP's it's a total crapshoot if you'll get someone who has any training, let alone any real skills. Would love to hear who your favorites are when you want someone with some actual massage skills.

Massage Thai Way, any location. I frequent the Linda Vista location requesting Nicole. Super cute with amazing "real" massage skills! I suggested to her that she should not advertise No Bait and Switch if she is going to use fake picture (s). I haven't heard back since. Red flags all over. I'll pass. For $220/ hour I can have two great hour sessions at one of my go to $40/ hour AMPs.

I'm thinking more selfishly than this. What bothers me is that any organization big enough to have a parlor network is more likely to be under investigation, thus increasing the chances of being caught in a sting.

Thanks for your clarification. I can see your point. I recognize your handle from other major sites that are now no longer exists so I know you and I have been around (true veterans at the Hobbying game. LOL).

I consider that every parlor has the potential of being in a sting and keep that in mind when I hobby. IMO, I think AAMPs are at higher risks because they have clients' personal info. The UTR independents are the least at risk. The network parlors are probably in between in terms of risks. I personally try to avoid the so call independents who shares a location with multiple providers because there can be so much traffic, and jealous boyfriends involved.
