Seems legit now. I got a HE when it first opened, but lady was reluctant.

Yes, Smile is legit now. There was fun in past years when it was connected with 12 Belmont. But, those days are over. Really hard to find a good Thai place now.

You may just need to broaden your search. I would in no way agree that quality has gone down, overall. I just found a great new-to-me provider a few days ago. And I don’t think I’ve ever negotiated a price for a baseline ending.. ever, anywhere.

The quality of service at AMPs has certainly gone down and have become more business-like than before taking much of the fun out of it. It isn't really the masseuse's fault. If we accept that kind of service and I read that many do then what can we expect? If you get crappy service tell them. I had a poor experience, we negotiated for mutual access and I felt cheated, the girl wanted to know if I would see her again.
