I suspect it's an exasperation more than a desire to be mysterious. I have seen this over and over. The actual NAME of the place is provided. And there follows at least a couple of posts wondering what spa it is or where it's located. This inevitably comes after it has been pointed out that the name has been give in previous posts or the post in question is actually providing the name. I believe this is at least in part why the acronym RTFF was invented.
