I'm no lawyer but I watch TV. Felony Probation Violation carries around 5 years so I'm told. Let's say she was on a 3 year probation and completed 1 or 2 years. The judge can go either way He or She can take into account probation time served and just give her the time difference to make up the 5 year sentence or can throw the book at her and give her 5 years no matter how much probation time she has served (depends on her history) The rule of law is firm not much a lawyer can do to change that it all depends on the Judge’s mood and perception of her case.
