Actually, Ivy and Anna the Gem are two different women. Anna the Brat and Ivy work together sometimes, but Anna the Gem has nothing to do (as far as I know) with either of them. I can confirm that her pics are 100% accurate. I follow both of her snapchat accounts and she's always posting videos / pictures on there that are not uploaded from the camera roll (knowing that verifies to me that they're real and that she's not posting stolen model pictures or something bizarre like that). I've been interested in meeting up with her myself, but have yet to pull the trigger. I noticed that she doesn't stay in a city very long before she's off to the next one.
