I was in quincy on this past Thursday and I curiously took a ride by these places, Billings, Zen, and Oval were all closed. I seemed to remember Billings and and Zen being somehow associated when I.

Spotted the same older white guy replenishing supplies at these places on separate occasions but I don't know about oval.
