P411's old management did seem like it was trying to go down TER's alley for a while, but instead they sold the site to some European company that has since kept P411 in almost he same shape that it was in before the law passed. There did seem to be something of a small exodus of providers that left P411 or increased their rates since P411 was one of the few places that they were still allowed to advertise.

Now a days, P411 feels pretty much unchanged from where it was. They banned all agencies, but some have managed to weasel their way in with one provider who has an account effectively checking for the whole agency. New providers are allowed to register, but I think either the rules for entry are too strict or providers have found alternatives and aren't interested.

Thought I'd throw down a few notes about Amy (https://www.adultlook.com/p/2993425) and the West Springfield apartment crapshoot.
