Wow, we all would like to find this place. It would be a Mecca, that would have many followers making a pilgrimage to the Holy Land of AMPs.

In the last decade, (outside NY), I haven't had a FS visit with an AMP woman who is of the pregnancy age. They have all gone thru menopause, unless I am mistaken. So, AMP life is for us older guys.

I agree on costs, I pay $100 for FS at every AMP I visit lately in Massachusetts. (NY is different, sometime more or less) The $140 was RI rates, BUT, that included a TS pretty much every time. It used to be, no TS, no FS, the woman wanted to know, for sure, that every part of you was clean. I miss TS in the mix, Bemis has a nice set up, but no FS, so only half the formula. I believe we are over paying for FS visits when we are not getting a TS included. $100- $120 should be the range. Obviously, if the girl has sparkling reviews, is stunning, and younger (meaning of child bearing age) than I can see negotiating a slightly higher rate. In all cases, if the worker goes beyond the norm, we can always tip extra. I almost always lay the tip out first, so there is no question my intention.

Some of us are setting their expectations too high. A tip of $140 is very high. In a AMP a FS is ranging between 80-100. Canterbury specially charges high but if all mongers stick to this rate then they will have no option but to lower their expectations.

The "old" table shower at both 431 B and 466 was really gross. I only did 466 once. For the new setup, the layout is different and better, they have doors and decent ventilation, I didn't see or ask about TS. Anyone else have any experience?

BTW, everything would be a lot better for us mongers here if all those LURKERS would contribute once in a while. Its been eons since I've heard anything about Grafton St or 500 or Highland or Washingtom St. C'Mon. Guys!

Visited the can't for the first time recently based off newer reviews, drew Alice (who pushed for hh which is how far I drove so fuck it. Pretty cute by AMP standards-said she was 28 and I believe it. 40+140 CFS / FS after some teasing and negotiation, brought my own protection fuck that saran wrap bullshit she took it like a champ. Mamasan from 466 was there along with two younger and much cuter women. I had Judy for hh. She was wearing short shorts. Very playful and spent 50% of the time on teasing and finish. She has really nicely enhanced B cups, can barely tell that they are enhanced. Getting the girls out required an additional $20 tip, whatever, it was worth it. Based on our convo, FS is available just like it was over at 466. PM for anything else.
