So to be Promoting prostitution or 2 or more and be considered a Class D Felony, You got to Managed a provider, Supervised a provider, Control a provider, or Owned a house of Prostitution. So if there was 20 girls in a room and they said they share the room rent and all are independent no individual can or should be charged for Promoting according to ky section 529.040 . Unless the other providers said she did one of the mention offences stated. Does it not seem funny No other provider was charge with prostitution on or around the date in question.

The police always seem to throw in as much or as many charges as they can. This raises the bail until arraignment. Then the lawyers sort it out.

Prostitution alone is not a common charge in Lexington. There just been 4 women charged with prostitution in 2019 and Mandi is only one that had a prostitution charge alone. I research this alot before I got into the game to see how hot it was. I even talk to providers about it. They always said if you don't have a warrant on you or drugs in your room they most time want even charge you. This must been a case of someone complaining or someone mad and called in on her. I seen many providers at this hotel and its about the most laid back one there is " beside some of the dumps like B. S. Inn LOL" This is just not a common charge in Lexington.
