Ad has been discussed before, not sure if here or Mass forum. Someone pointed out not only the ancient camera but pictures made to look like taken in a mirror except the lettering isn't reversed.

It's always possible they could have been taken in a mirror and then flipped (which can be easily done in even the most basic photo editing software) before being posted. But the camera is suspicious and suggest at the very least that they're old photos.
