If the provider tells you the services 9 times out of 10 they just want to get to the point so no time is wasted in what you're looking for.

My recent experience has been like that. They respond with rates, like $120 HH, $200 Hr, and some are really clear about what that includes (BBBJ, FS, etc). I have not used email, but by SMS text to their phone, I get those details. Next they send the address but withhold the room number, and ask you to text when you are there, then they give the room number last. Unfortunately a monger often finds himself waiting in the car for that room number bit. But providers recommended on this board are usually better than average about shitty wait times.
