So, I saw Susie the other day. She is just as fantastic as she's always been. Her hours have expanded some, so she has evening availability now. However, as all good things come to an end, her rates have gone up as well, $2 for hhr and $3 for full.

Definitely still worth it, but my visits will be a bit more infrequent for me with the higher rate. Even Cookie Monster has to bow to the inevitable and concede that cookies are a sometimes food.

As a word of caution, confirm her address before you knock on the door. The address she gave me on the morning of our appointment was for a condo near hers, but not hers. I texted her, told her I was there. Waited a bit for a reply, didn't get one, so I got out of my truck and knocked on the door. After a couple of minutes I got back in my truck and started to drive away, when I received a text giving me the right address. She said she did that for her safety. I'm glad nobody answered at the first condo!

As far as the appt, it's was meh. I'm too old to be doing it on a blanket on the floor.

Her and I met for a qv recently and it was in the car because her kid was home. The experience wasn't bad, but I'm not likely to repeat.
