Most of the time too, as A2 said, they keep most if not all of the money the person makes. They also tend to abuse, intimidate, and threaten the person to keep them scared and doing the pimp's bidding. I would not classify what Sophie is doing here as pimping and more as being an agent or intermediary for the talent she has. Is she keeping some of the profits made? Maybe, but I definitely don't think she is forcing them to do this.

Look at the way the porn industry works. Pornstars usually have an agent or company they are contracted to. Those companies / agents usually keep most of the profits made from the scene, but the workers are not being forced for any of it.

Again, this is my opinion on the situation.

I agree to a certain extent, prob her job won't be secretary as much as scheduler and screener. None of these ladies will stand you up and you will be verified in some way to see one via past reviews or something similar. She's scheduling safe dates for safe dates.
