This has been confirmed. Candy working at 203. IMHO, good decision for Candy and Kay to join forces. Seems like some of the better, non-up-selling Thai Providers are moving away from 3903. Kay's Place has a good set up and is easy to assess with a convenient parking spot.

Your initial providers were the same as me. This was the intent of this thread, a good massage with HE. Those older providers did a good job, but roaming was not a desired thing. Neither are necessarily lookers so for me roaming isn't as appealing.
