Newer business phone systems work via landline, internet and cell and can seemlessly transfer calls between locations and platforms. Some are capable of showing any number desired for caller I'd. A good example is the robo calls you receive from other countries that have your area code show up on your caller I'd.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that is a fake ad by some troll. If you search by the number you will find similar ads with "Ken" and diffrent girls, some of whom have been reviewed on the forum. There are even a few selfies with "Ken" and the girls.
