Yes. 4 ft 3 in by official definition would be a midget. I looked up midget and it turns out the definition is " any person who is smaller than the normal size " So in the United States the low end of the range for a woman is about 5 ft nothing. However if you were in Spain where folks are way smaller, 4 ft 3 might be in the normal range for a woman. So yes Veryhorny you did plow a midget if you did here in the US. Yoo hoo!
