There is a small parking lot for a public park right next door to her house so that might be a more preferable location to park your car. I think once you see her, your anxieties will diminish and feel more comfortable with her living situation for the next date. She did mention she is trying to get her own place which is more discrete for her activities, and it seems living with her sister and brother is driving her nuts and she needs peace of mind by living alone.
