Did you try using a VPN and using a anonymous payment with a new email? I think VPN is key and would definitely allow you to create a new account. I cannot confirm this as I've never been banned there, but I'm guessing they track people with a combination of IP address or email or cc information. So I'd use VPN, new email and a Visa gift card or some other anonymous payment method.

I discussed terms of money before meeting. Like what's your allowance or how much to get with you. Most answered but I think one girl reported me because she blocked me after my question and I was banned shortly after.

Use a VPN and a prepaid card to sign back up.

Check "Recent" location on SA profile and if it doesn't say United States, it is probably a scam. It goes by the IP from where they last logged in. The profile you linked to says Australia.

Contacted via SA, then moved to text. Says she lives and goes to school in New York. Say's she's here for the summer to visit relatives. Did the "Can you help me today" which I replied that I was busy. She then ask if I had Venmo which I replied "no".
