Have been wanting to stop in this location for awhile. The 2 times I have tried during business hours, the door is locked and no answer on the phone. Maybe some peeps with more experience at this location can tell me if the therapist locks up when she has a customer so as not to be interrupted? I personally would like that tactic if I was a customer, especially if I was the customer already inside. I used to have a spa therapist who worked alone and would lock the doors and turn off the open sign so we could have a quality experience. That's a few good GG Abby reviews and a glowing one by RossJames now. After my recent quite disappointing visit and review with Nana, I may have to give it another shot but only with Abby. The location, rooms on 2nd floor, and large shower room are all a big winner with me. I really want this New operation to work.
