I have tried 7-8 times over the last couple years to set something up with this place. I've followed the instruction / booking for to a tee, and. . . Nothing.

Is there a secret handshake? They just don't take new customers? What is the deal??

Same here, after a year and a half the closest I got was an email reply for my verification info. Then KP claimed they didn't hear back from rs-avs (and they said no one asked for verification). I threw in the towel for good after that.

They just very rarely take new customers. I was accepted in 2017 after texting / calling / emailing my RS2 K info no less than 20 times over the course of about a year or more.
