I don't think there is a protocol. Many have ads saying that payment is required upfront, but I do not offer to pay upfront unless she explicitly asks for it during the appt. To be honest very few women have asked for it. A few have, and I discreetly put the money somewhere in plain sight.

It is always YMMV. Most girls do not want everyone to know that they offer it.

One time, my significant other wanted to stop by a Ross Dress for Less. I was just mindlessly pushing around our shopping cart, checking out something on my phone. When I saw a provider I frequented also doing some shopping with some of her friends. I don't know if she even saw me, but I made no effort to make any eye contact whatsoever.
