Well after the last few posts, which are fine as that what this board is about. Not just the girls, but also how to protect our butts. But with that said here is a pic of the Book Store. I've been PM'd many times as to where it is, so here's a pic. They charge 25 for 1/2 in the back room. Consists of a wobbly vinyl love seat and a 20"TV playing fuzzy porn. There is a bathroom which is usually pretty clean also.

This is a great place if you see a girl around the Somerset area, to just park, walk over to her and to the bookstore. Alot safer than picking and dropping her off in your car.

I drove up 7th Street today at about 12:30 to see if there was any daytime action. Your description of the Asian presence in this neighborhood was right on. Sure 'nuff, there were two skanky WSWs standing next to the restaurant at Wolf Street, and they gave me the head nod. I could have gone for one of them, a short slight pimply-faced brown-haired 6+ who had that sort of smiling/crying look--a sure sign of substance worship.

Now that I've looked at the menu, maybe I'll return for a meal soon. I don't know any good hideaways down there, but isn't that the fun/challenge of this game!

While it may be uncomfortable to refuse the officer's request for ID, the police in this country have no right to ask for ID without some cause nor can they question your activity. If you are only standing on the street and talking, (i.e., not doing anything that could be remotely interpreted as criminal or suspicious) they cannot just ask for ID or what you are doing or where you are going. Also, they cannot search your pockets.

That's mostly accurate. Under Terry v. Ohio standards, they can ask for ID and you have to produce it if the officer has "specific articulable facts leading to a reasonable suspicion that an offense has taken place or is about to take place." They can also pat down your exterior clothes for weapons but not go into your pockets.

The practicality of the matter is that any cop on the street for more than a week can flub "specific articulable facts" and you don't want to spend the money litigating a challenge to the legality of the stop. Best course of action is to avoid the potential for the encounter to escalate into a confrontation. It's fine to ask why he needs to see ID and what you did wrong. Remember most cops get a hardon throwing their weight around and they're cops BECAUSE they're that type of person.

BTW, I have more to offer than legal advice,thankfully. I ran into the extremely cute brunette Kelly on Friday nite near Venango at about 1 am. Just have a few questions before I get started. I have read as many prior post as I can stand for tonight. No dougt that some of these questions have been put out there before. I'd appreciate any help given.

I know the Huntingdon Park and Board Street scrolls. I know the Nicetown & Germantown areas. From reading a couple of post here, I have learned of the West Philly areas around UPenn and the South Philly area near Packer. Are there any other good Hunting area? Did anyone every put together a list of locations in the Philadelphia? (I like em thin, BSW or WSW. $.5 sounds about right, pictures included when I can.) What about Camden? Are there any benifits to crossing the Delaware? What about after hours strip clubs? I have never been to one. Thought I give it a try. Can anyone recommend a safe one? Oh! One other thing. I like to go out during the day. What are the best areas for day time searches?

I have hunted in the K Ave areas. I have been planning a trip down that way. I've just been lucky hunting in my regular gaming grounds. With the information and hints I got to date from this site, I feel a bit more comfortable. Maybe I'll make a day trip tomorrow.

I actually had a girl really be persistant a few months ago about lighting up cause I was taking her to a motel in Jersey. Finally I told her the story above and she said that really sucked but I could trust her. So I told her I'd make a deal with her. She could smoke, but if she burned my seat I could keep her at the Riviera and pimp her ass till I got 350 dollars. Guess what? She decided not to smoke !!

Second thing is not to take girls to the drug neighborhoods. Not even for a drop off. I know the area better than most of these girls would think I do and as soon as we negotiate a deal I let them know that I am dropping them off right where I got them and if they wanted anything different I need to know now and will decide whether I want to continue or not. Twice in the past years I got pulled over right after dropping a girl off and got seriously harrassed. It's just not worth it. I fucked up like this last week with Shannon and took her to where she was staying off of F and Tioga. Made a right on Tioga after dropping her off and looked on my floor and there was a set of works and a bag of dope. If I would have gotten stopped I would have been screwed. You can have this happen anywhere but why increase your chances by going into the drug neighborhoods.

If they stop you while you are in a car, they CAN ask for license and registration, however, AND they can look around in the immediate area where you can reach.

So if you are a believer in the US Constitution, while it may be uncomfortable to refuse the officer's request, it is absolutely acceptable to ask the officer why he is asking for the ID.

I know you guys seem to be big fans of the K. The last few times I have driven down the K it's been kinda dead. I don't really have time to keep driving up and down lurking.
