That is incorrect. Entrapment occurs when a LEO engages in conduct that gets a person to commit a crime when that person wasn't otherwise going to do so. It is a valid defense. If you want read the Florida statute, it's 777.201. In short, if you say "no, I don't want to do X" and a cop convinces or coerces you into doing X, you can win at trial by showing you were entrapped.

As far as a LEO check, cops are fully allowed to lie to you when undercover or when interrogating you. Fair or not, it's legal.

There are times when law enforcement officers (LEO) must disclose that they are LEO, such as during the execution of a lawful arrest. However, law enforcement officials are not required to identify themselves while gathering evidence against you.

I think the impetus for the "are you LEO affilliated" question comes from the perception that it could help establish entrapment, where there would have been no crime without LEO interference. I think this is a false perception and may even hurt an entrapment defense, because as you say, what person of innocent intent would ask it?

Why do some of these girls think that by advertising such or inquiring if your are LEO or affiliated with LEO is a deterrent from being harassed by a LEO. Most say that if you are a COP you must state that you are. I am not sure why any sane individual would believe such malarky and it irritates the hell out of me because of the shear stupidity of someone who believes such. Officers go under cover for years on major cases, so why would it not be plausible that one wouldn't or couldn't lie? By asking the question it just insinuates that you are considering some type of illegal activity and by even responding to such a question you are playing the same game. I'm sorry for the rant but just gets my goat because there is no right way to respond to such other than say best of luck and have a good day!

Just seen Destiny in Deltona. I've been a regular for quite some time and she has never done me wrong. Called her up and she told me to come on by. You have this car that you want to sell. You would like to get $4000 dollars for it. You know realistically you would take $2500. Don't you try to get the $4000 first? These girls are just like that. Be honest, and say oh, that is out of my range, I am sorry. They will typically come back with, well, Baby, what do you have to work with? Or, I could do $80 etc. It is a negotiation, unless in their ad they say the rate and no negotiations. I never, every pay full asking price, unless they quote me something that I was expecting and think is fair. She quoted me 80 for a half a few weeks back, but then I discovered talking to her that she is a heavy smoker, lives in a trailer and that was a deal breaker for me.

YMMV but it never hurts to negotiate back.

I agree. Whenever I see the "location" is something really vague or otherwise nonsense then (for me) it's a major red flag. That's because "Dimitri" or whoever is posting the bullshit ad is obviously not a local, doesn't know anything about the area, therefore he has no fucking clue what to put in the "location" slot. That's why, a lot of times with these scammer ads, you'll see some BS like "downtown", "open", "everywhere", or sometimes you'll see complete gibberish.
