I seem to be getting close to a situation that might define insanity and exceed what is even possible. So I just wanted to brag. A few years ago a young guy worked for my business and had the most beautiful younger sister in the entire world. I'm talking about a 23-year-old goddess. I was thinking about her the other day I noticed she's developed quite a following on Instagram and is still flawless at 26. I reached out to her through an Instagram I have under a female name and asked if she had ever seen seeking. She and I have been have been texting back and forth and I are meeting for coffee next week. I'm not sure if I ever met her in real life but if so it was in passing. Sorry for my ignorance on this abbreviation. I do not know what GPS is or what it stands for. Does it stand for Golden Pussy Syndrome? I've met one or two that do that on purpose to keep the one time wonder guys barraging them. Had one I said too bad it's not mutual or I d talk to you as she proceeded to tell me why she does that. Maybe some of the other guys would beg to differ, but I would avoid Buckhead too much GPS / luxury lifestyle types there from my experience and traffic is hell.

So Midtown is better between the two IMO, downtown would be even better as you could pull easier from GA ST and other small colleges there.

I doubt there is more than just a few Decent looking GA Tech girls on SA in Midtown, but not a bad Uber drive from Downtown.

Both are what you are looking for. Midtown is much newer developed, it's trendy & attracting a younger post college crowd, Business & IT are big in this area. Buckhead is where the rich live ITP, much more upscale and you don't even to walk, most upscale places in Buckhead have valet pairing. I would personally pick Buckhead over Midtown.
